I Didn’t Understand God’s Timing, But I Trusted It Anyway
There are days when waiting feels heavier than pain.
Not because something terrible is happening…
but because nothing is happening.
You pray.
You hope.
You believe.
And still, life feels paused ⏳
Maybe you’ve been there,
wondering why answers are delayed,
why doors aren’t opening,
why God feels quiet even when your heart is loud.
I’ve learned something gently through those moments 🤍
God’s silence is not absence.
And delay is not denial.
🌿 Waiting Is Not Empty Time
We often think waiting means doing nothing.
But in God’s hands, waiting is full.
Full of preparation.
Full of shaping.
Full of unseen work.
While we wait for outcomes,
While we look at the clock,
God looks at the purpose.
Sometimes the timing doesn’t make sense to us,
because we only see today.
God sees the whole picture.
💭 Trusting Without Understanding
Trusting God doesn’t always feel peaceful.
Sometimes it feels like choosing faith while still feeling unsure.
And that’s okay.
You don’t have to understand everything to trust Him.
You just have to believe that
He cares more about your life than you ever could.
📖 “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”
— Ecclesiastes 3:1
🌷 A Gentle Reminder for Today
If you’re waiting right now…
If answers are slow…
If your heart feels tired…
This is not wasted time.
He is simply working in ways
you will understand later.
A Quiet Prayer For You:
God,
help me trust You even when I don’t understand Your timing.
Give me peace in the waiting
and strength to keep believing.
Amen
February reminds us of love,
but love is also patience.
is patient, intentional, and perfectly timed.
If this spoke to your heart,
take a deep breath…
and rest here for a moment 🌸
