🌟 Day 17 — Come and See ✨ When God Invites Us Closer ✨

Christmas Series - Grace For Moms

💭 “Come and see.”

These three words are so simple…
Yet they changed everything.

Not “come and prove.”
Not “come when you are perfect.”
Not “come after you understand everything.”

Just…

👉 Come.
👉 See.

That’s it. 💛

👩‍🦰 Hey my dear Sister…

Let me ask you something

When was the last time you felt invited by God?
Not pressured.
Not rushed.
Not judged.

Just gently invited. 🌿

So many of us think faith means having all the answers.

But Christmas reminds us — faith often begins with curiosity, not clarity.

📖 A gentle moment from Scripture

When the shepherds heard the angels, they didn’t debate.

They didn’t overthink.

They didn’t wait for the “right time.”

They said:

“Let us go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened.”

Luke 2:15

They moved with questions in their hearts…
and wonder in their eyes.

🌟 God still invites us the same way today

Sister, God is not standing far away with folded arms.

He is not waiting for you to get your life together.

He is saying:

💬 “Come and see Me in your ordinary day.”
💬 “Come and see Me in your tired moments.”
💬 “Come and see Me in your unanswered prayers.”

You don’t need a perfect routine.
You don’t need long prayers.
You don’t need fancy words.

You just need a willing heart. 🤍

🕯️ Come and see Him in ordinary places

The shepherds didn’t find Jesus in a palace.
They found Him in a stable.

And that tells us something powerful:

✨ God meets us in kitchens, not just churches
✨ God meets us in chaos, not just calm
✨ God meets us in weakness, not just worship

Maybe today, your “Bethlehem” looks like:

A sink full of dishes 🧼

A crying child 👶

A tired body 😴

A heavy heart 💔

Still… He says, “Come and see.

💭 What stops us from coming?

Sometimes it’s fear 😟
Sometimes it’s guilt 😔
Sometimes it’s busyness ⏰
Sometimes it’s disappointment 💭

We think:

❌ “I don’t pray enough.”
❌ “I failed again.”
❌ “God must be tired of me.”

But Christmas answers all of that with love.

Jesus came toward broken people — not away from them. 🎄✨

💛 Sister, this invitation is for YOU

Not just for pastors.
Not just for strong believers.
Not just for people who “have it together.”

It’s for the woman who is:

🌧️ Struggling
🌧️ Waiting
🌧️ Hoping
🌧️ Trying again

You don’t need to clean yourself up first.
You don’t need to explain everything.

Just come.
Just see.
Just sit with Him. 🤍

🪞 A moment of reflection

Pause for a second.

Ask yourself gently:

👉 Where is God inviting me today?
👉 What part of my heart have I been holding back?

It might be small.
It might feel uncomfortable.
But every step toward Him changes us.

Prayer for Day 17:

Jesus,

Thank You for inviting me just as I am.

Help me come to You with my questions, my fears, and my hopes.

Open my eyes to see You in my everyday life.

I choose to come… and I choose to trust.

Amen 🤍✨

🌱 Today’s heart practice

📌 Take 5 quiet minutes today.
📌 Sit without distractions.
📌 Whisper: “Jesus, I’m here.”

That’s enough.
That’s worship.
That’s faith. 💛

🎄 One last reminder before you go

Christmas is not about knowing everything.
It’s about responding to the invitation.

And today…

Jesus is still saying: “Come and see.” ✨

With love,
Anisha.
