✨ What God Allows Is Never to Destroy You, But to Lift You Higher

Dear Women of Grace,

There were days when life felt like everything was collapsing at once. Days when I woke up overwhelmed, burdened, exhausted mentally and emotionally—trying to hold everything together while breaking silently inside.

I tried to fix everything by myself, running to people for comfort, searching for answers in every direction… but still felt empty.

And gently, God whispered to my heart:

“Daughter, you have placed everything first—except Me.”

That sentence shifted my heart.

Because the truth is, when God isn’t first, nothing else works.

But when we put Him first, everything begins to fall into place.

🌿 When God Becomes Your First Priority

Putting God first doesn’t mean every problem will instantly disappear.

It simply means we stop carrying burdens that only God was meant to carry.

Every morning now, before opening social media, worrying about responsibilities, or scrolling endlessly, I sit in stillness and say:

“Lord, I give this day to You. Lead me. Strengthen me.”

A simple prayer—but it changes everything. My mind feels lighter. My heart feels calmer. My home feels more peaceful.

📖 Bible Reflection:

Joseph’s life is a perfect example of someone who trusted God even when everything looked hopeless.

He was:

Betrayed by his brothers

Sold as a slave

Falsely accused

Thrown into prison

Forgotten by people

But Joseph never forgot God. Through every painful season, he remained faithful and kept God first.

And then the same God who allowed him to be pushed down…

👉 Lifted him to a position higher than anyone could imagine

👉 Turned his pain into his purpose

👉 Set him in a palace instead of a prison

Joseph declared:

“You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good.”

 — Genesis 50:20

This is powerful.

When God is your first foundation, what was meant to destroy you becomes the very thing that elevates you.

🌅 Maybe This Is Your Joseph Season

Maybe you feel forgotten. Maybe your prayers seem unanswered. Maybe your breakthrough feels delayed. Maybe you are misunderstood, rejected, or broken.

But listen carefully:

Your pit is not your ending.

Your prison is not your destination.

God is preparing your palace.

God is not punishing you…

He is positioning you.

A Short prayer for you:

Dear Lord,

Today I surrender every worry and every heavy emotion into Your hands.

When I cannot understand, help me to trust You.

Lift me up in Your timing and prepare me for the purpose You have already written for me.

Amen.

What God allows is never to destroy you. It is to lift you higher. To grow you, strengthen you, and refine you for the next level.

Trust the process. God is working—even in silence.

With love,
Anisha
