She Thought Her Heart Would Stop — But God Said, You Will Live.. 📖🌿

Hello my dear sister, 💖

Have you ever faced a moment when fear whispered louder than faith?

A moment when your own body felt like it was betraying you?

A moment when you looked at your children… and your heart trembled at the thought of not being there for them?

If yes, this blog is for you, dear sister. 💛

💔 When Fear Becomes a Shadow Over Your Heart

There was a woman — just like many of us.

A mom.
A wife.
A daughter.
Someone who carried her family with love every single day.

But inside…
something was happening that nobody could see.

It started with a strange discomfort in her chest.
A tightness.
A flutter.
A small pain she couldn’t explain.

Then came the thoughts…
“What if something is wrong with my heart?”
“What if I fall down suddenly?”
“What will happen to my kids?”
“Who will take care of them if I die?”
These thoughts didn’t come once.
They came every day.
Every night.
Every quiet moment.

Fear slowly wrapped around her like a blanket she couldn’t remove.

She never told anyone.
Not her husband.
Not her family.
She carried the fear alone… silently… painfully.

😭 She Cried Not Because She Wanted to Die — But Because She Wanted to Live

One night, when everyone was asleep, she sat at the edge of her bed, holding her chest.
Tears flowed uncontrollably.

Not because she was weak… but because she was strong for too long.

She cried because she loved her children too much.

She cried because she imagined her kids looking for her, calling “Amma”… and she not being there.

She cried because the enemy whispered,

“Your heart will stop… any day now.”

But that night, something else happened.

Something heaven-sent.
Something life-changing.

📖 A Verse That Felt Like It Was Written Only For Her

As she opened her Bible, this verse appeared:

“For by Me your days will be multiplied, and years of life will be added to you.”

— Proverbs 9:11

She read it once.
Twice.
A hundred times.

The words squeezed her heart — not with fear —
but with peace.

💛 “Your days will be multiplied.”
💛 “Years of life…”
💛 “…will be added to you.”

It felt like God Himself was sitting beside her, holding her hand and saying:

“Daughter, your heart will NOT stop.
Your story is not ending.
I am adding YEARS to your life.”

✨ When God Speaks, Fear Has to Leave

From that moment, something shifted inside her.

The fear didn’t disappear in one day… But slowly, gently, God replaced her fear with confidence.

Whenever the enemy whispered,

 “You will die…”

God reminded her,

“No. You will live and declare My works.” (Psalm 118:17)

When fear said,

“Your heart is weak…”

God said,

“I AM the strength of your heart.” (Psalm 73:26)

When anxiety said,

“Your children won’t have you…”

God said,

“I will fulfill the number of your days.” (Exodus 23:26)

And for the first time in months, she slept peacefully.

🌱 Fear Lies — God’s Word Heals

Dear sister…

Maybe you too are scared about your health.

Maybe you too feel something is wrong in your body.

Maybe your mind keeps imagining things that are not true.

Maybe Google has scared you more than the doctor ever could.

But hear this with your whole heart:

🌟 Fear is a liar.
God is not. 🌟
God is not done with you.
Your life is not ending.
Your heart is not failing.
Your days are not decreasing.

Your years are being multiplied.
Your story is still being written.

Just because fear is loud…
doesn’t mean it is truth.

🎁 A Promise For YOU Today

Let this be your promise verse:

“For by Me your days will be multiplied and  years of life will be added to you.”

— Proverbs 9:11

Read it.
Repeat it.
Declare it.
Personalize it:

🌸 “God is adding years to MY life.”
🌸 “My heart will not fail.”
🌸 “I will live to raise my children.”
🌸 “Fear will not rule my mind.”

Your story isn’t over.
God is just starting something beautiful.

A Short Prayer for You

Dear Jesus,

When fear tries to convince me that my time is short, remind me of Your promise — that my days will be multiplied and my years increased.

Strengthen my heart, my mind, my body, and my spirit.

Let Your peace cover every anxious thought.

I will live, I will thrive, and I will fulfill every purpose You have written for me.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.
