May You See Yourself Through His Eyes — And Truly See How Much He Loves You ✝️π
Dear Beautiful Mom,
Can I Tell You Something Today?
Have you ever looked in the mirror and felt…
“I’m tired… I’m not enough… I wish someone understood me…” π₯Ίπ
If you nodded “yes,” come sit with me for a moment.
Let me tell you something you may have forgotten…
You are seen.
You are loved.
And heaven looks at you with pride — not disappointment. ✨
Sometimes we get so busy fighting life’s battles — managing kids, dealing with stress, carrying hidden hurts — that we forget how precious we are to God.
This image… Jesus holding a child close… His eyes full of pure love…
That child is YOU.
That embrace is YOURS.
That smile is FOR YOU. ❤️
A Small Story From My Heart:
Let me share something simple, but so personal…
A few months ago, I woke up with a heavy heart.
I had too many worries — about family, finances, kids, life.
Nothing was “wrong,” but something inside me felt quietly broken.
I remember sitting on the edge of my bed whispering,
“Lord… I don’t know how much more I can carry…” ππ§♀️
And suddenly — not loudly, not dramatically —
a gentle thought filled my heart:
“If only you could see yourself the way I see you.”
I burst into tears.
Because I realized something that morning…
π I had been seeing myself through fear.
π Jesus had been seeing me through love.
π I was looking at my weakness.
π He was looking at my worth.
That moment didn’t solve everything in my life.
But it changed me. π And sometimes, that’s the miracle we really need.
πΌ Maybe You Feel This Too…
- Maybe you feel invisible.
- Maybe you feel unloved.
- Maybe you feel like you’re carrying everyone but no one is carrying you.
But look at this image again…
The child looks up with trust. Jesus holds with assurance.
And He’s whispering to you today:
“You’re not who the world says you are…
You’re who I say you are.”π
Who You Are Through His Eyes:
π You are chosen.
π You are worth dying for.
π You are carried when you feel powerless.
π You are loved — deeply, constantly, eternally.
π You are His daughter, not His burden.
Let this truth settle into your heart like warm sunlight… ☀️
Let it melt every lie that says:
❌ “I’m not enough.”
❌ “I’m too broken.”
❌ “I’m failing as a mom.”
❌ “I’m unlovable.”
Sweet sister, if only you could see how proudly He looks at you…
You’d never talk to yourself the same way again.
π Bible Verse:
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
Not “some”…
Not “only the big”…
Not “only the urgent”…
ALL your worries — He wants to carry them.
Because His love for you is not ordinary…
It is unshakable. ✝️π
Let today be a gentle reminder:
My sweet sister,
This image says something your heart has needed to hear for a long time.
You see that girl standing in front of the mirror?
She came with her own labels,
❌ Not enough
❌ Unworthy
❌ Flawed
Those words didn’t come from God. They came from wounds… from moments… from people… from life.
But look at what Jesus does in the picture.
He stands behind her, hands gently on her shoulders… not correcting her harshly, not scolding her, not shaking His head,
just lovingly replacing the lies with truth.
✨ Chosen. Loved. Seen.
He doesn’t ask her to see herself through her pain. He invites her to see herself through His eyes.
And sister… this is exactly what He wants for you. You’ve carried labels that were never yours to begin with.
- Labels the world handed you.
- Labels family put on you.
- Labels your fears whispered to you.
But today, Jesus stands behind YOU —
with that same gentle smile, that same soft glow of love and He whispers:
π “My daughter, look again.
Not at what you think you are…
but at who I say you are.”
When you look into your mirror today, don’t look for worthiness in your reflection. Look for the One who is standing behind you,
holding you, steadying you,
and rewriting your identity with His love.
You are not “not enough.”
You are not “unworthy.”
You are not “flawed beyond repair.”
You are Chosen.
You are Loved.
You are Seen.
You are Mine.
Let THAT be the label your heart holds onto today.
A Short Prayer for You:
Dear Jesus,
I place my fears, my worries, and my insecurities in Your hands.
Help me see myself through Your eyes — not through pain, not through people, not through my past.
Fill my heart with Your peace, Your love, and Your strength.
Hold me close today and remind me that I am deeply cherished by You.
Amen.
Final Note for You, Mom:
You are not just a mother.
You are God’s beloved daughter.
The world may overlook you… but heaven celebrates you. Every single day. ✨
