He’s Not Perfect… But He’s God’s Perfect Choice for Me ๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ’‘

Hey beautiful souls ๐Ÿ’•,

Can I take a moment to talk heart-to-heart today? It’s my husband’s birthday ๐ŸŽ‚ — and as I sit here thinking about him, I realize something precious… marriage was never meant to be perfect, but it’s one of the most beautiful places where God’s grace shows up every day. ๐ŸŒฟ

There are days we laugh till our stomachs hurt ๐Ÿ˜„, and days when silence fills the room ๐Ÿคซ. There are moments I feel deeply loved ❤️, and moments I wish he could just understand me a little more.

But through it all — one thing never changes: God chose him for me. Not because he’s perfect… but because he’s perfect for my growth, my patience, my faith, and my heart. ๐Ÿ’ซ

๐Ÿ’ฌ Do you remember Ruth and Boaz from the Bible? ๐ŸŒพ

Ruth was a woman who walked through loss, loneliness, and uncertainty. Yet, she chose faith over fear — and God rewarded her with Boaz, a man who didn’t just love her, but honored her.

Boaz wasn’t a flawless man. But he had a heart aligned with God’s will. And sometimes, that’s the kind of love story God writes for us too — not perfect, but purpose-filled. ๐Ÿ’

When I look at my husband, I see that kind of story. The one that isn’t always easy, but always covered in grace. ๐Ÿ™

๐ŸŒฟ Reflection For you:

My dear sister, if you ever find yourself wishing your husband would change, pause for a moment ๐Ÿ’ญ.

Maybe he’s not the man of your dreams yet… but he might just be the man who’s helping you become the woman God dreamed you’d be. ๐Ÿ’•

God doesn’t always give us “ready-made perfection” — He gives us “real people” who refine us, shape us, and teach us to love beyond flaws. ๐Ÿ’–

So today, instead of counting the imperfections, let’s count the grace moments — the quiet care, the little smiles, the daily support, the shared prayers. Those are the invisible threads that keep a marriage strong. ๐Ÿ•Š️✨

๐Ÿ“– Bible Verse:

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.”

1 Peter 4:8

A Short Prayer for You:

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the man You’ve placed in my life. ๐Ÿ’ซ

Teach me to see him through Your eyes — with grace, with patience, and with love that forgives easily.

Help me build a home filled with peace, laughter, and Your presence.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen

๐Ÿ’Œ To my husband — happy birthday, my answered prayer ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿ’‘. You’re not perfect… but you’re my favorite gift from Heaven. ๐ŸŒค️

๐Ÿ’ซ A happy marriage isn’t about finding the perfect person — it’s about learning to love perfectly through God’s grace. ๐Ÿ’ž
