To My Daughter on Her Special Day — and to Every Woman Who Was Once a Little Girl

Today, my daughter turns another year older. 

As I watch her grow, I see pieces of myself in her – my smile, my stubbornness, and even my dreams. 

But I also see the little girl I once was, the one who believed she could do anything… before the world tried to tell her otherwise.

And that’s why, on her special day, I want to remind her and every little girl who will one day grow into a woman - that your worth was written into your being by the One who created you. 💖

You are not defined by the world’s standards, but by the God who lovingly knit you together in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14).

As mothers, when we look into the eyes of our daughters, we don’t just see their present; we see their future, their battles, and their victories. We pray over them not only for today but for every season to come. 🌸


📜 A Unique Bible Story: The Courage of Deborah

Deborah was not just a prophetess; she was a leader chosen by God in a time when women rarely held such positions. 

She sat under the Palm of Deborah, giving wisdom and guidance to her people (Judges 4–5). 

When the army was afraid to go to battle, Deborah boldly stood up and reminded them,

 “Go! This is the day the Lord has given you victory!” ✨


Deborah’s story teaches us that courage is not about being fearless — it’s about trusting God enough to take the first step, even when others doubt you. 🌿

Dear Lord,

Surround every girl with love, safety, and opportunity. 

May she grow with confidence, grace, and faith, knowing she is valued beyond measure and destined for greatness.
