✨ “Smiles That Fade When You Shine”

She used to celebrate every little thing with me… or so I thought.

But slowly, after small blessings came my way — a new saree, a festival photo, my child’s award at school — the warmth turned to cold silence.

It’s painful, isn’t it?

When someone close, maybe a cousin, a sister‑in‑law, or even an old friend, starts to see your joy as a threat instead of a blessing.

🌱 We don’t ask for their envy.

🌱 We never flaunted what we had.

But still, our light makes some hearts uncomfortable.

But dear sister, remember this:

✨ You don’t need to shrink so others feel tall.

✨ God’s grace over your life isn’t meant to boast — it’s to show His love.

✨ Keep your heart gentle, not bitter.

Pray for them.

Ask God to heal what makes them compare.

And thank Him quietly for every blessing — because your joy is not wrong. 🤍

Keep shining, even if some smiles fade when you do.

📖 Bible Verse:

“A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones.”

— Proverbs 14:30

A Short Prayer for You:

Lord,

Guard my heart from pride,

and give me grace to love those who envy me.

Heal their wounds,

and let my joy stay rooted in You.

Amen.

✨ Don’t dim your light because their eyes turn green.

If this spoke to you, share it with a friend who might be quietly fighting unseen jealousy too. 🌿
